SAP Consultant

IT department is looking for IT Supply Chain SAP Solutions Consultant to support SAP

If you are ready:

• Ensuring support, maintenance and continuous improvement to the services in your scope through Partners;
• Ensuring optimum performance, availability and security in accordance with the SLA;
• Providing recommendations about new innovation leading to business application improvements;
• Building relationships and a key-user network with Heineken RU Operating Company and Global Heineken Functions;
• Delivering change requests according to business requirements and in line with the Heineken standards.

And you have:

• Fluent English speaker and writer;
• Experience in a similar role at least on the one project during full cycle FMCG company will be a plus;
• IT Project Experience preferably in a matrix organizational structure;
• 3+ years professional experience as an Application Support specialist;
• Good knowledge of SAP (SD, PP, MM);
• Knowledge of SAP EWM is advantage;
• Knowledge of EDI will be a big plus;
• Bachelors’ degree or higher in a IT-related field of industry;
• Ability to act as cross-project architect would be a big plus;
• Strong in written and verbal communications;
• Excellent requirements analysis & gathering;
• Positive attitude and understanding how to manage business expectations;
• Understanding of ITIL.
